It certainly wouldn't be my ideal choice, because it has multiple return values, a blasphemy. But whether it would ultimately get my vote would depend a lot on what the alternatives are, and what voting procedure is used; I can easily imagine that it might be my 4th or 5th choice, and bubble up to the top given some IRV-like system. It would come above "no standard at all" on my list! But below R4. P.S.
