Definitions before expressions are really an unnecessary restriction on libray bodies in R6, which I would like to be dropped. By unnecessary I mean that there was certainly no technical reason for imposing it, and I never saw a convincing rationale for it. Imports in the middle of a module are a different story. I can see good reasons for opposing them, technical and otherwise.
