That requires all implementations of define-record-type to allow
introspection on records, which the current SRFI 9 does not.  A procedural
layer like that of R6RS or (better) SRFI 99 needs such a thing, but pure
syntactic records don't, only a mark bit to say they are not vectors
and a uid that the predicate checks for.
