Come on, you must know that I didn't mean merely that Lambda is
Turing-complete.  The fundamental problem you're trying to solve is to
restrict the applicability of certain bindings to a corral, and that isn't
just something that you can do by layering a bazillion lambdas; it's the
very thing that a single lambda does!

I guess one of the secondary purposes of a package system is to let you
load a file without knowing exactly where in the filesystem it lives, so
I wouldn't object to a LOAD-PATH variable or something like that.
