The web server's built-in configuration for serving static files recognizes
the ".mjs" extension for JavaScript modules.

These are the modules also known as ES6 modules or ES2015 modules: if
someone thinks one of those names would be more clear, that's fine with me.
I am still seeing mixed use of all three designations (sometimes even in
the same headline). Calling them "JavaScript modules" at least avoids a
potentially-unfamiliar abbreviation.
