Yeah. Way it works on unix is that qtrvu is called when you specify qt as
the output device in a rvu call:

rvu -o qt foo.oct

That will launch qtrvu, even tho there's no actual executable called qtrvu
when you build on unix systems (with CMake). Works fine on Mac. Just
tested on a Ubuntu VM and it looks like it's not being packaged correctly,
so I'll have to look into that. =(
