Have you followed all of the instructions in the INSTALL file inclued in the
Ipass-Perl distribution?

>From the IpassPerl INSTALL file:

This is the Ipass model, a Perl wrapper around the iPASS
Net Server libraries. See http://www.ipass.com

You need to get the iPASS Net Server libraries and headers
for your intended platform before building this Ipass module.
You can only get them from iPASS. Open System Consultants is not
permitted to give them to you.
You will only be able to get them if you are a registered ISP
Partner with iPASS.

Install the iPASS files in the usual place (usually /usr/ipass).
Configure the iPASS package according to their instructions. This
includes running hte configuration script, applying for a
certificate and installing the certificate. You should also
test the fuly configured package using the terHst programs iPASS
supply with the package.

This Ipass module will not work unless you have done all the
foregoing first.
