If it was my decision or company that is what I would do. Also, every time I wear out the battery on my SB Radio, I 'HAVE' to buy another Remote with it? What kind of sense does that make? The SB Radio battery should be sold as a stand alone accessory for around 29 Dollars. One only needs to look at the Forum Users Signatures to know that "Most" people end up owning more then one Squeezebox once they start using the products. With the Controller available as well as iPeng for iPhone and iTouch, many remotes are mainly collecting dust. In the last month, I can only remember picking up a Remote twice and that was only to add a Loved track to Last.FM not to control a Player. And if the WebUI had an easy way to "Love" a track, I wouldn't even have used the Remote those last two times.
