The only way I found to do this was to reset to factory defaults, then you can enter the new password. Luckily mysqueezebox.com remembers the radio so you don't have to re-enter the mysqueezebox.com password.
Factory reset is accomplished by unplugging the radio then holding down the '+' button while plugging it in again.
