Normally I would not be jumping to the defense of Logitech, but when it comes to rechargeable batteries I can be very understanding. I work in product development for a company that builds handheld test equipment. Batteries are the biggest pain in the %...@* there is. You wouldn't think so, but it is true. I have a friend who works for another company that uses rechargeable batteries in huge quantities as well. He says the same thing. So better Logitech takes it time and gets it right.
