I did find that one too, but wasn't sure about quality. But now from
the same company I have found this:

Which is slighlty cheaper and most of the soldering is done for me. I'd
just have to solder on new connections for the correct plug including
taps. Bargain!

Interestingly I have seen another 10x4AA NiMH pack here with a stonking
3700mAh capacity:

I wonder if they are correct and if so if they're safe? I've never seen
such high capacity AA NiMH cells.
