I pre-ordered my battery/remote on February 11. I received an e-mail
that the product would be shipping on February 24. Nothing since.

I understand from reading this board that folks who placed their orders
on February 24 have been shipped- but not those who ordered earlier.

This is terrible customer service and Logitech should be ashamed. My
business is much, much smaller but I would not treat any customer, esp.
my best customers, like that.
