Thanks for the quick response, bluegaspode. I am in the US. I also find it hard to believe the problem has coincidentally appeared along with the firmware update... I guess at this point, I will wait a few more days (since it's the weekend and I only have weekday alarms). If it's not fixed by Monday, I will follow your suggestions to get an error log.
