I know nothing about SB Radio, but: 1. Do you have enough free IP addresses in the DHCP pool? 2. Is your DHCP pool configured for dynamic IP assignments or you use IP address reservations? 3. Do you have configured any MAC address access-list that may be blocking your Radio? 4. Check logs on your AP, this may help. 5. Just to clarify: Does your AP shows that Radio is associated with AP?
