There is an official site to use to report bugs. You can enter the detail of your problem, and even attach logs. You will never get an official answer there either, nor will your bug report be acknowledged. But at least you can say that you "officially" reported the bug ;) Alarms do work to some extent. Most mornings the radio will wake you up.
