I "upgraded" to 7.5.1 a couple days ago, and immediately started having issues with the radio freezing up, losing presets, etc.
So I reverted back to 7.5.0 which has been working for me. I run squeezebox server on windows vista 24/7. Don't use any alarm features so can't comment on those.
