I'd like to also note that this is not just a Radio or Snooze issue. I have a Boom and here's what's been happening for a couple of weeks:
5:30:00am - Boom comes on to XERC/Mexico City via MSB, with Fade In enabled. 5:30:05am - Turn off the Boom with the Power button. 5:31:00am - The Boom comes back on again.
