I am having the same issue with the snooze only working for one minute. I just purchased the radio last week after having a Boom for four trouble free months.
I was amazed at how apathetic the customer service agent was when I told him of the problem. The one I talked to yesterday did not mention it was a "known issue." The agent today said it was a "known issue" and that if I wanted to continue to use it as an alarm, I should send it back to the store I received it from. I asked if they could send me a new one, but he just said a new one may or may not have the same problem. "Some of them work and some of them don't." I guess I'm just really surprised at how they really don't care to keep me as a customer. More importantly, how difficult can it be to make an alarm function properly?
