Yes indeed, lucky for you! Bear in mind that every owner/user will use the radio in different ways, in different wireless signal scenarios, different stations, different apps, etc., so everyone's mileage does vary. Have you installed any new firmwares since you bought your radio? Have you EVER connected it to a PC Squeezebox Server? If I recall, my radio worked rather well until I installed the first firmware release & connected it to my PC's SB server the first time. I believe the process permanently scrambles memory somehow & that the data the two servers exchange with the radio are incompatible. After this, your radio is no longer a virgin and will never be a virgin again because a factory reset does not restore the original firmware. And then you read through the forums and hope that a beta firmware will solve your problems, and it just makes it worse. Then you go back to the current release and it's too late.
