I wouldn't rely on internet radio to wake you up. Think of all the variables that could prevent an internet radio stream connecting: Your internet connection going down due to a power cut, telephone line problem, ISP server downtime, modem going idle, or there being a problem with the radio station's stream at their end. You could use the Squeezebox's built-in sound effects, but then you might as well have any alarm device.
