I guess I'm not following you... Like any radio it starts on the station it was last tuned to. From Standby if you press Play it.... starts to play (the last tuned station). If you want it to begin to play a certain station on startup, every time, use the Presets. Pressing a Preset from Standby will begin to play that programmed Preset.
