Hmm, interesting. I don't think I've ever tried that, I usually just
pull the plug and try again tomorrow. Thanks!

I'm guessing the best you can expect is to send it back and get a
replacement. Logitech are pretty decent with returns, once you've
managed to penetrate their people-firewalls and establish communication
with someone who knows what they're talking about.
