Unfortunately, I've found that the corporate idea of support is to send
me an email with a survey on "tell us how we did" but to never actually
provide much support. When things work automatically everything is
great. But once I have problems with my IT support at work, AC/Heat
unit repair, my utilities, my phone, my cable, my paycheck (HR), or
anything else that requires human intervention, I'm usually doomed.
