i suspect that they are soo understaffed so that no one is overseing the server 24/7 at really bad outakes like around xmas and such, our devs have been writing something here a couple of days after the fact ? ? i thougth modern systems could sms or email the persson having the "watch" in case of failure15 minutes later a twitter message should be out 30 minutes later a short note on both forums ?
