I think there may be a lot of confusion between the old failed Zune players and Zune Music Pass / Zune Marketplace which will be integrated into Windows 8; and, already part of Windows phones. I didn't hear any plans to rebrand "Zune Music Pass" "Zune Marketplace". The only news I heard this month is Zune Pass is expanding into Canada
