This problem is most likely related to their bankruptcy:

They filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy which means that they will sell off
all their assets to pay off their creditors. This means all the servers
and hardware will eventually be shut down and sold. If you haven't
already switched your service you should start thinking about doing it
soon. Back up all your music and set up your own local Squeezebox
server. You should also write to Google and Amazon and ask them to
support the Squeezebox. I wrote to Amazon and told them that I would
love to use my Amazon Cloud Player with my Squeezebox.

But, you should start looking for alternatives to MP3Tunes because they
are going away soon.
