I've had problems all week and contacted the help desk email they give. I was told there were problems with the uploader and that there is no fix date for it. They offered a refund if you had a premium service. I guess it is the end for them which is a pain as it is the only one Logitec seem to recognize. Any alternatives or suggestions gratefully received?!
