Hi I am in touch with support but wondered if you have any ideas?
New UE radio does everything except play! Have tried with Live Radio, local server, and Last.fm Taking local server for example, I can select a track and see the album artwork, but no music is played. Amplifier/speaker works since it plays a startup tune on power up, and I hear beeps changing menus. Network is reported OK by diagnostics. Have checked firewall issues, even connected by Ethernet direct to router and setting it as DMZ. Yes volume is turned up! I guess possibly a faulty unit but it seems odd that it so nearly works.
