Depending on the quality of the local technical staff and whether the WiFi is outsourced you may be able to get a MAC address exception added to their system. I have had this done in the past in similar situations. Explain you have a WiFi radio that cannot authenticate to a web page and that your wife would very much appreciate their help - explain the streams are likely to be 96k/128k per second and so hopefully no real burden.
