Amazing, thank you for filling in the gaps, @tomhughes. For next steps can I
then presume:
- @tomhughes will tweak the web server config for the Rails app to start
handling `/changeset/{id}`.
- @k-yle will look into implementing the proposed enhancement in the Rails app.
