Yep I used JCR for RubyKaigi 2011, as did quite a few other people:

They seem pretty expensive, but I'm not sure there's any cheaper options, and 
their customer service was pretty excellent. I accidentally ordered a 
non-micro-SIM, and they immediately sent me a replacement (same or next day 
delivery).
