I highly recommend CodeShip <http://codeship.io>, it's quick to get running and does everything you'd expect of a cloud-based CI solution. In addition, they actively support continuous deployment for a number of platforms (Rails included of course). Best of all, though, the team is open and friendly and more than happy to have a quick Skype if you've got problems or feature requests.
