I had no problem with `brew install postgresql` after erasing disk and installing Mavericks 13A598. My homebrew is at e7fd0e5d66ba9f0fb45278c791a8b69d8c19075a. I installed the CLI dev tools (as prompted by the `/usr/bin/git` shim). Then I ended up installing the full Xcode. Then I installed postgresql. `brew doctor` says: Warning: You are using Mac OS X 10.9. We do not yet provide support for this (unreleased) version.
