On the finances, it seems like a decent bank balance has been built up, mostly thanks to RubyConf, which had revenue of about 300% of cost.
I decided not to go to the last RubyConf, mainly because of the price (I know the price is in line with many other conferences, it just didn't suit me at that time). Will the next one be planned with the same kind of margin? If so, what is the intended use of the profit?
