Yeah, I agree with Wayne, there are plenty of RoR jobs in Melbourne at all levels. Unfortunately for those looking to travel, companies are unlikely to go the trouble and expense to sponsor a 457 visa for a junior role. You are unlikely to see that in any industry and just from a legal perspective it is an extremely dodgy practice as companies need to be able too show that they were unable to fill a role in the local market before they look to sponsor a person from another country.
