We are looking for an accomplished *Back-End Developer* to join our fun team. Ruby on Rails is the primary platform and whilst RoR experience would be advantageous, we are interested in finding a talented professional with a willingness to learn and collaborate. As a Developer at Hardhat, you will be involved in projects from inception to final delivery, collaborating with the strategy team, the design team and the front-end development team throughout the entirety of a project.
