Following up after a VBS is a great way to get new kids into Rangers and
Missionettes. Something we have done in addition to this is on Wednesday
night during a VBS, we have encouraged our boys and girls to wear their
uniforms to the VBS, which gives great visibility to the programs to those
who are not regulars at the church. They see the uniforms and they want to
know how they can become part of the program. You can hand out information
that night, and then follow-up after the VBS to visit with the parents.
