Nan diburu jauah2 dek nelayan Japang tu jenis Maguro (Tuna) nan gadang2 tu.
Tuna partamo nan didapek 2 bulan lalu (panjang 1m labiah) dilelang labiah
dari 10 juta yen.
Jadi sushi 1 ganggaman sekitar 400yen hargonyo.

Tapi nan paliang lamak bana di ambo, sushi ikan salmon jo Unagi (sejenis
belut).
Banyak kaiten sushi di siko nan sapiring (kadang 2, kadang ciek isinyo)
haragonyo 100 yen.

Melati pun nan masiah 4,5 tahun, labiah suko sushi daripado nasi..:)
