Saya setuju penuh untuk mendengarkan keterangan para sanak kita yang lari dari perusahaan yang membawa mereka ke Jepang itu. Hanya leh karena perilaku mereka secara pribadi telah melibatkan nama baik kita seluruh orang Minang, mereka perlu memberi penjelasan kepada kita. Sampai saat ini sumber kita kan keterangan resmi dari instansi pemerintah, berdasar pemberitahuan resmi dari Pemerintah Jepang.

Pengalaman saya beKerja di LN di Amerika, baik lah saya ceritakan saja sewaktu mhs bekerja di cafetaria dalam kampus, yg nama nya kulit coklat, selalu ada yg nama nya "discriminatory treatment' terhadap kita, SELALU DI KASIH JAM SEDIKIT(walau kita minta maximum di izinkan),, tak tak pernah di gubris, dan tugas selalu ngepel, cuci piring, dan jam malam.(10 pm-midnight) Kita diperlukan utk serving kalau mereka butuh kita kalau mhs. Amerika ngak ada yg kerja. Biasanya mereka weekend sering bolos. Yg namanya team work itu tidak ada, kalau kita belum siap "karajoan se dek angku sorang" mrk bisa saja maota-ota. Dengan kareankang awak, mengatakan saya tak pernah call in (bolos), datang selalu on time, kerja boleh cepat kadang2 sengaja di lambat kan (krn sakit hati),..dan mengusulkan minta jam lbh banyak... tetap tak di gubris. Dan pengalaman seorang anak Minang sbg Reg.Nurse di rumah sakit , juga hampir sama, di kasih assignment yg susah, jam weekend,Prinsinpnya harus punya mental baja ukt bekerja di negara asing, tough, utk di perlakukan tidak adil. Pertanyaan nya utk sanak kita di Jepang, bgmn kondisi kerja nya di sana, apa kah menbahayakan, apakah gaji nya sesuai dgn standard pd perusahaan/tempat lain, bgmn jam kerja, weekend, jam malam,? Dsisni, gaji per jam sama utk kita dan si Amrik, begitu juga kerja sbg Nurse., plus fasilitas sama, dpt beasiswa. Pertnyaan lagi, apakah koran ngak salah tulis, ukt Post Doc di univeristas saya , ygbaru tamat di gaji 24.000 dollar /tahun. Kalau begitu gaji di Jepang lbh baik. Ambek ca dulu saya akan cari info dr mhs2 Jepang di sini. Mungkin ada info2 dr sanak yg bekerja di LN, bisa memberikan gambaran utk kita "paling tidak ini yg saya alami", yg bisa menjadi pelajaran bg sanak2 yg mau ke LN sambil sekolah.-bekerja. wass.
