Rat is an edge case... "Apache Rat" should be fine as a product name but "Rat" as a top level project name probably isn't compatible with the evolving policy thinking over the brand. Finding out for sure means growing process, reaching consensus on policy and improving coordination between brand and incubator. I've been working through it for the last couple of months but the end is not in sight yet... > this is a blocker otherwise. Resolving whether "Rat" is a suitable top level project name is a blocking issue for graduation as "Rat".
