Missed a comment here: You can start the Rawstudio Lens Editor and update the lensfun data to ~/.local/shared/lensfun - there is a update button. There is one Nikkor 1.8 50mm, but don't know if it's the right one. No 18-105mm :/ I would recommend you to create a "myown.xml" with the lenses you add in the ~/.local/shared/lensfun/ directory and still be able to update the lensfun data without overwriting your config. And of cause send the data to the Lensfun project :)
