I have never heard of failing to add to queue, but the start problem is
known - I have seen it a LONG time ago, and thought it somehow were
fixed. I think I need some help with debugging this as I cannot make it
fail myself :/

As you may have seen, I solved this bug yesterday. I had always thought
that the button were disabled, but it weren't. After that it were quite
easy to step through everything and find it :)
