Currently the histogram is showing sRGB output, that is a histogram of
how an exported sRGB image would look. We don't use the embedded JPEG
for anything else than the preview in the iconbox on top.

Grey levels are calculated using Rec.709 luma values (Y in YCbCr) from
the sRGB data.

As you can see when you move the sliders, almost everything affects
the histogram more or less (denoise doesn't).
