Hello,
It looks to me that the histogram that is shown in the background of the
curves tool shows the histogram AFTER the curves been applied, since you can
see it change while changing the curves. I find it a bit difficult to use
this way, I'd prefer to see in the background the histogram of the image
right before the curve is applied. For me, looking at the input histogram
makes is much easier for me to adjust curves. Plus, the x-axis of the curve
tool represents the input values anyways. I'm curious what everyone's
thought on this are?

And a separate question on curves, what are the thoughts on having separate
curves available for each color channel? Maybe having a dropdown or tabs
that select whether you're operating on the RGB, R, G, or B channels?
