One use I have of the A/B/C tabs is to quickly compare my tweaks with
an unmodified version of the image. eg, I leave tab C in an unmodified
state, tab B with just exposure/contrast/WB moderately adjusted, and
tab A I can mess with all I want. I use this to make sure I'm actually
improving the image. Please keep this use-case in mind while working
on this feature. While "copy image" sounds like it could be a
substitute, it sounds like a more heavy-weight process, and I'll have
to actually remember to copy the original first.
