I have used other tools with copy / version workflows and none of them
could reach the ease of the current rawstudio solution. I handed
rawstudio to some people without experience in raw processing and the
a/b/c tabs were instantly understood, used, and praised for the
usefulness.

What use case would be enabled by changing it to versioning?

P.S.:
The one ui feature of rawstudio I miss is multi-monitor support. I
really hate that the ui controls shrink my image, and that they're
unusable if I have my monitor in portrait mode.
