A fresh svn checkout with FloatPlanarImage::packInterleavedYUV_SSE4 in
plugins/denoise/floatplanarimage-x86.cpp commented out now compiles
cleanly, but

starts only as rawstudio -d debug

;) It then crashes when I try to change the output format to jpg, but I
guess that's a secondary problem (png save worked fine, on restart jpg
save worked fine, just the ui change crashed it..., too on changing back
to png...)

I changed all occurences of g_ascii_strcasecmp to bsd's strcasecmp, but
the dump happens at the same point:

[New LWP 100519]
[New Thread 8096041c0 (LWP 100519/initial thread)]

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
[Switching to Thread 8096041c0 (LWP 100519/initial thread)]
0x0000000803e9bbe2 in g_ascii_strcasecmp ()
from /usr/local/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0

so it must be in the gtk initialisation???

I delete my ~/.rawstudio, no use.

I'm stumped. My c-fu is rather ... not there? But I would love to have
2.0 running on FreeBSD. Any ideas would be most welcome!!

If I didn't say so before: I think the teams concentration on image
quality and lean workflow make rawstudio a joy to work with. The best
raw converter in many ways. Thank you!
I just discovered I now can use my 2nd monitor. Yay! Great! that
_really_ helps!

Cheers, Mathias
