I am having an ongoing problem printing from RS .. maybe somebody can help with a solution.
I print my images through Digikam (since RS has no print driver) and all of the images print far far too dark. I am using an HP printer with a print profile set for the specific print paper. If I process a raw image in RS and the same raw image in Digikam or Darktable I can get all the images to look fairly close prior to exporting with a sRGB profile. Side by side the final images all look very similar on the screen but when printed the RS image is totally unacceptably dark. OK, I understand that RS uses a lineal profile and the others do not but how do I adjust the RS output so that the result is usable and that what I see in the screen matches my prints? Can other print profiles be embedded?
