That I can't answer conclusively.

I suspect that because e4 does a subset of text, it won't be affected.

I also suspect that any URL that might generate an e8 should not be a problem as
it will have been reported as nonspam in the past. I've also seen a few FPs on
e8 due to crackpot reporting anyway, so I don't think anyone should be giving e8
any it credit as "proof positive" of spam anyway.
