All:
I suppose I'm testing how far the "Custom Table Relationship" capability
can be pushed in Forms design.
I'm thinking of a tabbed control within a table-bound form, wherein each
tab page hosts a separate slave table; with each slave linked to the
main via the Main_PK to Slave_FK relationship.
The appropriate tab page would be EEP-enabled by toggling the
ACTIVEPAGEINDEX property in response to an entry into a
main-table-linked control; while a SET_FOCUS would get me the the LZ on
the tabbed page.
Several questions, but first among them:
Given the Custom Table Relationship capability, is there any practical,
or "hard" limit to the number of slave tables entered/edited via a Form?
Thanks for your perspective.
